Restorative, slow flowing yoga with mindful movement and breathing to counterbalance the stresses of modern life. Classes are all about your physical and mental wellbeing and self care. My aim is for you to leave class feeling more comfortable in your body, more mentally resilient and more joyful.

Nourishing yoga to slowly rebuild your strength, make space mentally & reconnect to your body – babies welcome too.

1-2-1 Yoga

A totally personalized class based on your needs. A practice to help you relax completely in the comfort of your home.
