Restorative Yoga
A floor-based practice where we use props like blankets and bolsters to fully support the body in a range or poses. Each class incorporates some meditation, gentle warm ups and then a series of restorative poses. With the intention of creating total relaxation. In this fully relaxed state your body is then able to heal and repair and your nervous system is calmed. This slow and mindful practice helps greatly with stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue and can make space to think more creatively and clearly. Every class is adapted for your needs and modifications are offered throughout; everyone is welcome.

Flow+Restore Yoga
A nourishing class for body and mind. A slow flowing practice, led by breath and healthy alignment, to gently warm the body then leading to a quieter practice of restorative poses to help soothe your nervous system. A perfect mix of movement and stillness to leave you feeling both refreshed and relaxed
Every class is adapted for your needs and modifications are offered throughout; everyone is welcome.

Pregnancy Yoga
A slow flowing class to help you enjoy your pregnancy and feel more comfortable. Using breath, movement and deep relaxation to help you feel calm and empowered. These classes are a great preparation for a positive birth experience and support in this time of transition into motherhood. A wonderful chance to connect to your growing baby and other families in your community. Each class is tailored to your needs and modifications can always be offered. Suitable from 15 weeks or earlier if you have a regular yoga practice.

Postnatal Yoga
Specially designed courses to support you mentally and physically through those early weeks and months after birth. A way to reconnect to your body and help with a smooth transition into motherhood. Slow flowing sequences that focus on gently rebuilding your strength, core and pelvic floor and breathing and relaxation techniques to calm your mind and nervous system. Baby can be by your side, join in or you can come alone. Meet other families and build your support network. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post c-section until your baby is on the move.

This 5 week yoga and movement course is designed to support you mentally and physically through those early weeks and months after birth all the way up until your baby is on the move. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post c-section.
Each week will include:
Time to chat and be heard
Slow flowing sequences to rebuild strength and release held tension
Pelvic floor and posture awareness
Play and movement for the babies
Restorative pose and yoga nidra
Please be assured these are really friendly and informal classes and it is my job to put you at ease. You will be free to feed, comfort and change your baby whenever you need to. Although I have planned the course I will always be flexible and try to tailor the class to your needs on the day. You are also welcome to come without your baby if you have childcare.
1-2-1 Yoga
Bespoke one to one restorative, pregnancy or postnatal yoga. After an initial chat I will create a class based totally on your needs. All equipment is provided for in person sessions. For online sessions a list of everyday props such as pillows and blankets will be sent to you in advance.
Enjoy a class from the comfort of your home with no need to travel and time at the end of the session for you to rest a little longer. Please contact me to discuss your needs whether it be for pregnancy, postnatal parent and baby or restorative yoga.
